Our Vision and Mission
Vision Statement:
We envision a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused can find love, acceptance, healing, hope, restoration, guidance, and empowerment.

We envision sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with thousands of residents in Alton, Illinois.
We envision welcoming 300 members into the fellowship of our church family – loving, learning, laughing, and living in harmony together.

We envision developing people to spiritual maturity through Bible studies, seminars, retreats, small groups, and a Bible school for our members.

We envision equipping every believer for significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them.

We envision sending out hundreds of local and international career missionaries and ministry gifts to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the world. We will send out church members to do short-term mission projects in every continent. We will also start a new daughter work church every year.

We envision acres of land on which a regional apostolic center will be built – with facilities including a worship center, prayer center, counseling center, educational center, food pantry, and soup kitchen. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person– spirit, soul, and body.
Mission Statement:
We are empowering communities by equipping people to enlarge the Kingdom.

Our Beliefs
-
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible written Word of God: written by the Holy men of old as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. II Peter 1:20-21
-
We believe in one God who is revealed to us, Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in His comforting grace. Deuteronomy 6:4, I Corinthians 8:6, Ephesians 4:6, II Corinthians 5:19, Joel 2:28
-
We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God was born of a virgin, lived a life without sin, was crucified, buried and rose again. In Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Jesus was both human and divine being God manifest in the flesh. Matthew 1:23, Colossians 1:19, Colossians 2:9, I Timothy 3:16
-
We believe in repentance from dead works and of faith towards God, water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This constitutes the new birth. Acts 2:4, Acts 2:38
-
We believe in sanctification as a work of the Holy Ghost, inwardly and outwardly after the new birth. I Corinthians 6:11
-
We believe in holiness as God’s standard of living for the saints. Hebrews 12:14
-
We believe in the glorious appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ for a church without spot, wrinkle, and any such blemish, where the dead in Christ and those who are alive will be raptured away to meet the Lord in the air. I Thessalonians 4:16-17
-
We believe in the final eternal judgment where the wicked will receive eternal punishment and the righteous will receive eternal rewards. Revelations 20:11-15, II Thessalonians 1:6-10
-
We believe that divine healing and deliverance is provided for in the atonement. Psalms 107:20, Isaiah 53:5
